texting is the causality System or Human
Texting while driving is a dangerous activity that poses significant risks to everyone on the road.
Texting! is the causality “driving instruction & testing or anarchy”?
- we know that teens are told not taught to drive with a more listen less learn instructor system*.
- Only 7% of actual processes being managed by teens, does this create vacant timezones and become a causality?
- If teens were taught effectively automating continuous partial assessment, managing each Road User Interaction RUI, the amount of free time that is available that is spent texting would not be there.
- we know the test does not guarantee learners are assessed against competency based outcomes CBO
- if I can pass my licence without managing any road user interaction I am conditioned to believe steering a car is all I have to do to be safe?
- lots of downtime is then available which would allow for another activities!
- We know licence testing does not assess crash risk management
- the fallacy purported by the instructional system “look in the mirror” has no road safety outcome, which Creates a crash causality
Is texting causality, poor driving instruction or humans deliberately taking a risk? the evidence shows?
