Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 365 days. If 365 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Price increase will impact the cost at the time you take a lesson
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds
Once your return request is received and confirmed as not taken, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- a 15% admin charge applies to all refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@idrivesafety.com.au.
Terms and conditions
42.9 48 hours notice is required for cancelations or changes, otherwise full charges apply.
42.9.1. If the session can be allocated to another client no charges will be payable
42.9.2 Lost or mislaid work book replacements are charged per book. Ask your coach for up to date price list
42.9.3 All training is 60 minutes unless otherwise notified
42.9.4 All clients are requested to have valid email for booking calendar notifications. admin@idrivesafety.com.au

42.11. All training cars have video monitoring and GPS tracking active, it is a condition of entry that you accept our terms and conditions,
